Yes. I collect personal information from you at the time you order my products. Such information includes:

You never have to give me your credit/debit card information. All payment information goes securely through PayPal.

I collect your personal information over the phone or through e-mails during the ordering process.

How is my personal information used?
I use your personal information to ship your products to you, to contact you about your order or to varify information needed for your products.

Where is my personal information kept? Who controls my personal information once I give it to you?
Your personal information is kept secured in my office. It is controlled by me, Carrie Farrimond, the owner of Bear Hugs. I am the only inidvidual to have access to your information.

Is my personal information disclosed to third parties?
No. Never.

Do I have to register online to use the Bear Hugs website?
No. You can use my website day or night without having to register any personal information.

What is your return policy?
Since my products are handcrafted and unique to every client, I cannot offer returns. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact me to ensure your product is just the way you would like it to be.

Photo Usage Policy
If the photo you are providing is from a professional photography studio, please submit in writing permission from the agency to reproduce the photo. If the photo was taken by someone other than a professional agency, I will request permission from you to use the photo to create your product.
